As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to customer satisfaction. You will interact directly with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with their needs.

Your role will include:

- Greeting and welcoming customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Providing accurate information about our products/services and guiding customers through their options.
- Assisting customers in finding the best solutions to their questions or concerns.
- Handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Assisting the communications manager with the management of the company's external image.
- Provide timely updates on accounts and contracts.
- Focus on acquiring new customers to expand our client base.
