Porsche Retail Group have an excellent opportunity for a Retail Sales Manager to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre Hatfield. The Porsche Centre is located by Hatfield Business Park and has staff parking,a gym close by, a newly refurbished staff area which has a pool table, darts and a TV. The Porsche Centre is a 5-minute drive to The Galleria shopping centre and Hatfield Retail Park.

About the role
As Retail Sales Manager you will be reporting to the General Sales Manager. There are 2 Retail Sales Managers at this Centre who have full responsibility for a team of Sales Executives. In the role of Retail Sales Manager, you will ensure that the team:

- Profit targets and departmental finance targets are met
- Delivers a quality of customer service, which is equal with the brand

You will also manage the selling/advising of customers on all aspects of finance products whilst delivering an unsurpassed experience, by consistently exceeding customers’ expectations, ensuring that commercial and operational requirements are met at alltimes.
Your responsibilities as Retail Sales Manager will include ensuring that you:

- Share in the management of the sales department meetings on a daily basis, ensuring the sales boards are maintained to the approved group standards
- Ensure every customer is offered a finance opportunity consistently achieving 100% referral
- Set monthly targets for your team for new and used cars and review their monthly performance against targets
- Adhere to process guidelines to ensure all payments, activations and documents are present
- Have a clear strategy and a focused plan that the Sales Team follow and work together to transform customer experience
- Control and sign off each new/used car deal, including conducting PEP checks and escalating any that are 100% hit
- Appraise all part exchanges at point of order and again at point of delivery
- Work with the General Sales Manager to manage the customer experience program, ensuring standards are met and communicating changes in advance to the relevant personnel
- Proactively develop the Sales Team in the Porsche Centre, motivating the team to sell both new and used cars
- Keep self and the centre updated with the FCA Compliance Assessment, working within the Insurance Code of Business Guidelines and company policies and procedures
- Hold the SAF Advanced Level 3 accreditation
About the hours & rewards
For the role of Retail Sales Manager, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm (with a designated day off) and every Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
There is a basic salary on offer of £43,000 per annum with a bonus of circa £44,000. You will also receive a fantastic benefits package, including:
