Revenue Management Lead The Revenue Management Lead role at Ocado Retail is a permanent contract based in Hatfield (Hybrid). The successful candidate will develop, own and deliver the revenue strategy across convenience and online channels, ensuring continuous improvement, cost optimisation and customer value. Key Responsibilities Maximise online sales and profit by developing future strategy and plans to meet financial budgets. Identify sales and profit‑driving initiatives and influence cross‑functional teams (Customer, Commercial, Insight, Forecasting, Operations and Logistics) to deliver. Lead the commercial strategy for convenience propositions – same‑day, variable length slots, short‑lead time orders and new propositions. Drive strategy for trading periods of scale (e.g., Christmas, Easter); manage relationships with Logistics and Operations to optimise capacity, customer experience and demand efficiency. Who You Are Deep understanding of retail, commercial, logistics and supply chain. Customer‑focused with strong commercial acumen and insight. Highly analytical with strong data‑driven decision making. Highly organised, collaborative and able to influence senior leaders.
