Main duties of the job As the Client Liaison Manager, your key responsibilities will include leading the sales and marketing process to meet and exceed budget targets, responding to enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and warmth, managing the pipeline of potential residents to maximise conversion and revenue, building and nurturing relationships with key care influencers and community contacts, and ensuring brand standards and deadlines are consistently met. ABOUT YOU Youre a natural communicator, a confident negotiator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Most importantly, you live and breathe our values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. What youll bring to the role: A full, clean UK driving licence. Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness. Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills. The ability to manage and prioritise your workload effectively. Previous experience in a sales role (preferred but not essential). Person Specification Qualifications You'll need a full, clean UK driving licence, strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness, excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise your workload effectively. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not essential.
