**Project Manager - PAYE - Milton Keynes**

Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Project Manager to support our client in the Milton Keynes wider area. Onsite work 3 days a week. The Project Manager will manage the development of leading-edge products and their delivery into European markets.You will deliver regionally relevant propositions alongside the roll-out of globally defined mixes, all aligned with consumer drivers and the strategic innovation plans and tactical business demands of the European business. This role requires close workingpartnership across multi disciplines: European and global R&D teams/Marketing/Supply Chain/Procurement/Finance and external Third Parties where relevant. This role is PAYE, 3 days onsite. Possible extension likely.
- Lead projects and the end-to-end execution of the R&D workstream as part of a cross-functional project/business team.
- Design consumer relevant and technically viable formulations that deliver to project product briefings on taste, quality, cost, claims, sustainability, etc.
- Oversee the successful development and delivery of products across all platforms ensuring effective and fit for purpose formulation design (e.g. chassis principles) 4
- Assure successful implementation of formulations through technical analysis, measurement and risk assessment in preparation for factory scale-up, in hand with the Processing and Supply Chain manufacturing teams.
- Drive passion for product through Knowledge Based Selling into customers, in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Development.
- Oversee creation and delivery of specifications according to new raw material use and project-led formulation developments.
- Drive excellence in product briefings to support effective project gatekeeping in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Successfully partner across key multi-disciplines: Europe R&D/Global R&D/Marketing/Supply Chain/Procurement/Finance and external Third Parties

**Essential**:

- Project management
- In-depth knowledge of formulation techniques applied in Retail/Cosmetics/Food & Beverage/Consumer Goods sectors.
- Proven track record in project management delivery
- Previous experience in Research & Development or closely related discipline.
- Food and manufacturing knowledge helpful.
- Experience of leading a team or previous people management
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Previous SAP experience helpful
- Advanced Excel
