**Head of IT - Dynamics 365 - Kent**

**Head of IT** required for a leading construction company based in Maidstone, Kent, to be responsible for owning and managing the entire existing IT platform that has recently been transitioning to a cloud-first Microsoft-centric platform,and to continue a roadmap of modernisation.

They will also have hands-on experience and a deep understanding of designing and managing modern cloud-based and on-premise Windows-based infrastructures, including networking, virtualisation, private cloud hosting and cyber security.

**The salary for this position is £80,000 per annum plus benefits including PH and a car allowance.**

**The role will require you to be on site majority of the week in their offices in Maidstone, Kent.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of all IT staff, IT assets, suppliers, contracts, licenses, SLA enforcement, risk register, cost/value analysis, platform capacity and resilience.
- Implementation of a formal IT support desk operation including internal SLAs, self-serve ticketing portal, support resource capacity monitoring.
- Governance of the full project and change management lifecycle on all IT initiatives.
- Governance of all data and documents, including document hierarchy definition, role-based permissions, data mapping, archiving, litigation holds, DR/BCP, cyber security, information security policy definition.

**Key Skills**
- Experience in a technical IT role close to the line-of-business IT platform, working across a Microsoft centric IT environment at an end-user company.
- Worked in a senior IT manager level, preferably in SMEs for deep collaboration with the full breadth of operations and levels of seniority.
- First hand definition and implementation of governance and best practices within an IT operation
- Windows administration, network design, cyber security, Azure administration and automation (Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, VM hosting).
- API integration and ETL, data architecture, database infrastructure and admin, data warehousing, analysis tools, report design, BI dashboards, migration tools
