**The Role**
Lemon is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Advisor to support our HR function. This role is key to ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and align with legislation and best practice. You’ll play a hands-on role in employee relations, policy implementation, and process adherence, supporting the wider business with consistent, compliant HR guidance.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with employment legislation.
- Providing first-line advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters including absence, conduct, performance, and grievance.
- Supporting the management of employee relations cases with a strong focus on compliance, process adherence and employee experience.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of internal HR processes and systems, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and efficient.
- Supporting the HR team with accurate and timely data management, maintaining HR records in line with GDPR and company standards.
- Producing reports and identifying trends to help drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Assisting in internal audits and helping maintain our ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards
**Hours/Salary Information**:
- Competitive salary between £32,500 and £37,500 per annum (FTE)
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A strong foundation in HR with practical experience supporting policy and process delivery.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- A detail-focused approach, with a commitment to process accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and support managers and employees.
