This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast paced, high requiring environment, alongside the Head of HR developing the HR team, supporting the business, employees and leaders, along with line management responsibility.

Reporting to the Head of HR, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to help us to further develop and shape our people function. Working in partnership with Directors, Senior Leaders and employees you will be passionate about people and driving the right outcomes for the business and our employees.

**What will you be doing?**
- Line management responsibility of the HR Business Partners
- Partner key business areas offering guidance and support with ER cases, including capability, performance management, disciplinary and grievance
- Give accurate and timely advice on HR matters with a good balance of Employment Law and the commercial needs of the business
- With the Head of HR develop and implement progressive people policies, processes and key HR solutions to achieve business objectives
- Identify opportunities and take ownership to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the HR Function
- Provide advice and support to employees and leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle including; recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, engagement and wellbeing
- Support the development and management of the absence management process
- analysing trends and triggers, supporting employees and working with leaders to create appropriate outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Utilise people data and analytics to measure trends and patterns to influence improvements
- Provide cover for the HR phone line and HR inbox administration, including recording and maintaining the HR people system
- Responding to daily queries from the business on all HR related matters, as well as sending companywide communications and updates
- To be responsible for your own professional and personal development, keeping up to date with current practice and employment legislation

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong experience in HR as a Senior Consultant, Business Partner or HR Advisor
- CIPD level 5 qualified or above
- Experience of using/ navigating HR people systems to maximise its capability & benefits
- Experience in a call centre environment or financial services would be desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with a candid, thoughtful, human & authentic approach
- Strong organisation, prioritising, sharing knowledge and multi-tasking skills along with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong culture and values match
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, in a fast paced environment
- Able to influence, persuade and negotiate to achieve positive outcomes
- Strong knowledge of employment law with an understanding of risk and ability to flex to enable a ‘human bespoke approach’ where needed
- Ability to work without a defined rule book or process to reach the best outcome for both the business and the people
- Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
- Experience and ability to lead projects to support and shape change
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year
