**Job Title**:Customer Relations Administrator
**Hours**:9:00 am - 5.00 pm (5 days over 6 on a flexible rota basis)
**Salary**:£21,500 per annum plus company bonus (circa £25,500 pa)
**Location**:Head Office at Stapeley, Nantwich Cheshire CW5 7JW
It is important to note that this role will be varied, so you will need to be able to adapt to different tasks as needed. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Completing mailouts will require attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines. You will need to ensure that all mailouts are accurate and delivered on time. Receiving and reviewing payments on customer accounts will require accuracy and discretion, as you will be dealing with sensitive financial information.
Generating customer reviews feedback and reviewing referral support will require a customer-focused approach. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and be able to identify areas for improvement in the department's service.
Supporting our reception during periods of annual leave and absence of our receptionist will require a professional and friendly demeanor, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the department and will need to provide a warm welcome and efficient service.
