As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated **QA Administrator** to support our **Technical Department** in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and compliance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in food manufacturing who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident working with data, systems, and customer communications.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

In this vital role, you’ll provide administrative support across quality and technical functions. Your duties will include:

- Logging, investigating, and responding to customer complaints within agreed timescales
- Producing clear, accurate reports and trend analyses of complaints
- Creating and managing production specifications in line with internal and customer deadlines
- Maintaining document control within the Quality Management System
- Managing the supplier approval database and related electronic records

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel (including pivot tables)
- Strong data analysis and trend reporting capabilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a technical role within food manufacturing
- Background in the dairy industry
- Experience working with retailer specification systems such as Hive, myCreations, or eVision
