Medical Administrator and Receptionist
**The Medical Chambers Kensington is a high level multidisciplinary CQC Registered private healthcare clinic based in Kensington, London.**

With highly skilled Consultants, Doctors and Clinicians caring for British, French and International patients, our Team go the extra mile to ensure that this goes together with a positive patient experience that will leave those visiting our clinic feeling valued and satisfied with the care they receive.
We are now looking for an individual with excellent communication skills to join us as a full-time member of the Admin and Reception Team. This Team is the first point of contact for patients and clinicians, requiring a great focus on customer care and delivering hospitality to the highest level.
Fluent English is required and ability to speak an additional language is preferred but not essential.
**20.5 hours per week as below**:
**Tuesday-Thursday**:
**1700-2100**
**Saturday**:
**0730-1630 or 0800-1730**
**£13, 325 per annum / £12.50 per hour**
- Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Have a can-do attitude with focus on what can be done to overcome limitations when dealing with enquiries.
- Possess excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person, with the ability to deal confidently with patients and clinicians in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be reliable and flexible.
- Use his/her own initiative and able to work well under pressure.
- Carry out requests from management as needed.
- Have great organisation skills with the ability to manage and complete tasks according to priority.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Meeting and greeting patients, clinicians and visitors at the reception desk, providing a friendly and helpful welcome.
- Acquire and use an in depth knowledge of medical services and conditions to appropriately respond to patient enquiries in a way that is helpful and informative.
- Handling requests for emergency consultations, and act efficiently under pressure.
- Registering new patients and process patient information whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Providing administrative support to clinicians and other members of the Team such as word processing, copying, and preparation of documents.
- Processing payments.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13,325.00 per year
Expected hours: 20.5 per week
