**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including confirming and rescheduling as necessary.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
- Process patient forms and documentation efficiently.
- Keep the reception area organised and welcoming for patients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably within a medical setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including EMIS Web.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £1,221.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
