**Sales Co-Ordinator**

**Location**: Rotherhithe, SE London.

**Salary**:£20,000 - £24,000 Dependent upon Experience

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support a busy distribution company in Rotherhithe. This is a Full-Time position contracted for 40 Hours per week.

To be successful in this role you will be process driven, be able to prioritise your own workload effectively and be articulate and confident with suppliers to achieve results.

**Main tasks would typically include**:

- Discuss with Sales Team the Customer requirements, contact Supplier(s) as agreed for prices, lead-time & other costs
- Generate new, or update existing, Inventory Records for the goods to be quoted
- Generate Quote and review with Sales Team to ensure all details are correct and the document is OK to send
- Follow-up Open Opportunities on a weekly basis
- Maintain Customer Contact Details within CRM Package

**Background duties**
- Assist accepting incoming deliveries, answering the telephone, directing calls, and taking messages
- Send updates to Customers on Outstanding Orders

**Skills required**:

- A methodical and organised approach
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Concentration for performing routine tasks
- The ability to use your own initiative, but also know when to ask for support
- Minimum of 6 months office-based work experience
- Knowledge of standard MS Office packages
- Computer literacy and typing skills
- Customer Services experience advantageous
