The Best Connection are currently seeking CNC Machinist for a Manufacturer in the Sandbach area.

**Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist**
- Responsible for the operation of CNC machine tool (either on machining centres or CNC lathe).
- Making of high volume and accurate turned parts.
- Reading and programming from engineering drawings.
- Performing visual inspections on parts.

**Requirements of the CNC Machinist**
- Attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to target.
- Heavy lifting.

**Working hours**:
07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 12:30 Friday but could be asked to work a shift patterns (Shift Allowance will be payable on top of basic pay)

06:00 to 14:00 hours (Friday finish at 12:00 hours) and/or 14:00 to 22:00 hours (Friday 12:00 to 18:00 hours) dependent upon customer demands and business needs.

**Overtime: Available** but not guaranteed.

**Pay Rates**

Pay Range: Basic day rate **£10.50** to **£12.30** per hour (dependent upon skills and experience)

Pay Range: 6-2 shift rate **£11.81** to **£13.84** per hour (dependent upon skills and experience)

Pay Range 2-10 shift **£13.13** to **£15.38** per hours (dependent upon skills and experience)

**Benefits**:
Golden Hello Incentive for New Starters (permanent)

End of first week/month - **£100**

End of three months & successful probationary - **£400**

End of 12 months - **£500**

Totalling - **£1000** over the first year of employment
