Due to company growth, we are currently looking for an experienced **Café Supervisor** to join our team based in **Clissold Park,** **Stoke Newington. **You willreport directly to the Site GM, being responsible for assisting and leading the operation of the café. This position would suit anyone that has experience of running a high volume store.

**This is a full-time position, which includes weekdays as well as weekends.**

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

As a Café Supervisor your duties will include:

- Preparing and serving hot & cold beverages, including specialty coffee. You need to be barista trained, ideally with latte art skills.
- Supervising the team, delegating duties, ensuring H&S and customer service standards are followed at all times.
- Assisting with customer queries and feedback.
- Key holder duties - opening and closing of the café.
- Café customer service - warm & friendly hospitality to the guests, till operation, table service.
- General café upkeeping - clearing tables, making sure the café is clean and hygienic, re-stocking
- Other catering & function tasks.

You will be positive, energetic and professional and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure our guests receive outstanding, consistent hospitality throughout their visit.

You will have leadership qualities and an interest in people development. As a supervisor, you will be prepared to support and develop your fellow team members, assist them with training and customer service.

You will deliver excellent customer service and food hygiene standards. You must be an individual that understands our community values and can consistently deliver a high-quality food and drink.
