**Exciting Opportunity Support Assistant in Lisburn**

We are looking for experienced support assistants to join a Positive Behaviour Support Team in Johnston Way, Lisburn.

The service offers a person-centred approach for service users who have Learning Disabilities and operates under the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Framework.

Hours range weekly from 12 up to 36 hours, both day and night positions are available.

**PLEASE NOTE SPONSORSHIP IS NOT PROVIDED BY EITHER HIVE OR THE CEDAR FOUNDATION.**

2 houses, 4 learning disability residents in each.

**Essential criteria**:

- 6 months experience providing care and support
- Effective verbal and written communication to include numeracy skills
- Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning disabilities
- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge on behaviours that challenge
