Job description Support WorkerLocation: LisburnSalary: £ £ per hourContract Hours: Flexible contracts of 12, 18, 24, and 36 hours per week available; includes evening and weekend shiftsSupport Assistants are expected to work flexibly.The ServiceLocated in North Lisburn, this registered Domiciliary Care Agency and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Service comprises two dwellings, each housing up to four individuals. This service offers a person-centred approach to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and associated needs. Operating under the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework, care is provided around the clock.The RoleThe Support Assistant role requires a collaborative, team-based approach to effectively support service users.Assist service users with activities of daily living, promoting their involvement in a wide range of activities.Provide personal care and address individual support needs as identified.BenefitsAnnual Leave: weeks per leave year (pro rata, inclusive of public holidays).
