My client are A Real Estate based in Mayfair now looking for an experienced EA to join their team.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced PA with a strong record of achievement to support the Development Team

**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**

**Role & Responsibilities**

To provide a pro-active supporting role:

- Extensive electronic diary management (Microsoft Outlook)
- Administrative tasks including typing/printing/copying/binding/amending/report formulation etc
- Preparing expenses monthly
- Composing own correspondence
- Creating and amending Presentations
- Fielding Phone Calls
- Filing via SharePoint
- Database management
- Interaction with a multi-member team at all levels
- Arranging asset tours for potential investors
- Co-ordinating international business trips, including air travel/hotels & transfers
- Raising Purchase orders
- Raising signature authority forms and non-disclosure agreements
