**Role Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Healthy & Sustainable Homes Caseworker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them improve their living conditions and access necessary resources. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing the health and sustainability of homes within our community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' housing needs.
- Provide support and advice, connecting clients with appropriate community resources, services, and programs related to healthy and sustainable living.
- Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the necessary services and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members and external partners to coordinate services and support for clients.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

- Strong understanding of housing, health, and sustainability issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages
