NFU Mutual’s Knutsford Agency are currently recruiting for an office-based **Customer Service Advisor** to join our dynamic team. This exciting role involves supporting our customers with their insurance needs and contributing to the growth of the business with an emphasis on career progression.

**The role**:

- With proactive enthusiasm, you’ll handle general enquiries, policy alterations, sales tasks and admin.
- Using your strong interpersonal skills, you’ll cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers, Agency members, and NFU Mutual staff, and be able to identify and pursue appropriate cross selling opportunities for both new and existing clients.
- With a commitment to excellence and career development, you’ll be consistently updating your knowledge and skills in NFU Mutual general insurance products to acquire relevant licenses to maintain professional and compliant operations in line with NFUM, T&C scheme, and regulatory standards.
- Working in accordance with our Agent’s Claims Guide, you’ll deal with customers’ insurance claims within your authority.

- Full time Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Someone who can demonstrate they have the drive and enthusiasm to provide a fantastic customer service to our existing and future customers.
- Ideally someone with insurance experience, but this is not essential; honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence are vital.
- Great interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities.
- Someone who enjoys working in a busy team yet is happy and capable to work independently too.
- Experience of consistently delivering high quality sales and customer service.
