Our Triage and Information Coordinator is the first point of contact for service users seeking support from our Law Centre, Safer Renting, Empowerment and Inclusion, and Advocacy services.
- 12 months’ relevant experience within an assessment or triage service in a social welfare, advice, housing and/or legal services environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of a case management approach that supports service users to achieve outcomes based on needs and risk assessments

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
