We are looking to recruit an experienced Compliance Co-ordinator who will be support the business in its Compliance and continual improvement strategies.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Support the business to ensure our Integrated Management System (IMS) remains compliant with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Support in the preparation and maintenance of audit schedules and external audits.
- Support the development and delivery of quality plans, inspection and test plans, and quality control methods.
- Support in implementation, and monitoring of all existing and future quality systems and processes, protective and preventative measures and promote and instil a positive QSHE culture and agenda within the workplace.
- Liaison with the internal SHEQ Advisor, Construction Director and Support Services Director on all aspects of health & safety and environment and Quality
- Ensure compliance with the Document control procedure and conformance across the Company
- Participate across all levels, and gain commitment from all departments to ensure quality and compliance systems and procedures are adhered to
- Working with the Support Services Director on Company objectives & KPI's
- Reviewing and updating Company corporate policies annually/when required by legislation
- Sourcing and consolidating relevant data, undertaking analysis using appropriate tools and methods, and presenting actionable insight which supports decision-making
- Assist with evaluation and analysis of quality issues in production and introduce corrective and preventive actions
- Collation and documentation of reports
- Producing monthly exports in excel
- Proactively collating and analysing data and using problem solving tools to formulate action plans that will deliver reduced risks of injury and illness to employees and workers
- Supporting the business and its Board in the implementation and roll out of agreed business initiatives and strategies.
**Requirements**:

- Excellent IT skills
- Team player
- Highly organised
- Experience in Construction or a similar industry desirable
- Compliance and business improvement experience - desirable
