Improveasy Ltd, are an established, fast growing and dynamic company, funding carbon and energy saving schemes in the home improvement sector. We work with major utility companies helping them meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO) targets.
For the past 2 years we have been in Financial Times top 1000 fastest growing companies in Europe. Last year we moved into our brand-new offices located in the centre of Altrincham with easy access via train, bus, or tram.
We were an early adopter of PAS 2035 and have been completing domestic retrofit in full compliance with the standard since July 2020. Our installation business, Installeasy, is PAS 2030:2019 accredited for a range of heating and insulation measures.
To help us achieve our growth and ambitions we are seeking additional Retrofit Co-Ordinator to join our busy Retrofit Services team on a permanent basis, at our offices in Altrincham town centre.
**The Role**
You will be responsible for completing Retrofit Co-ordination on a range of domestic retrofit projects, ensuring that the retrofit projects carried out by our internal installation business and our installer network is correctly completed and compliant with applicable retrofit standards (PAS 2030:2019 and PAS 2035:2019).
You will be required to:
- Utilise Corelogic ‘PAS Hub’ software to complete the end-to-end retrofit co-ordination process. PAS hub has been specifically built for the PAS 2035 journey
- Assess retrofit assessment documents submitted to us for compliance with PAS 2035
- Produce improvement option evaluation and medium-term plan for review by the customer
- Produced appropriate retrofit designs and ventilation strategy
- Assess installation evidence
- Lodge completed projects on the Trust Mark data warehouse
- Work towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork is submitted within the allotted timescales
**Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications**
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor
- Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Flexible, positive approach with a ‘Can do’ attitude
- Target & timeline driven
- The ability to follow a process from start to finish - with accurate, consistent results
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently both alone and as part of a team
- Good IT skills able to use Microsoft Office software i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
