**Position**:Office Manager**
Location**:Central Bristol - Redcliffe / Temple Meads area**
Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000
**Hours**: Full time - 9am - 5.30pm (potential flexibility to work from home on some days)

**Key responsibilities within your new role would be to**:

- Provide support to the Head of the Office & Regional Director with tasks such as data collation, office services, budgeting and costs
- Be the main point of contact and coordinate 3 regional offices
- Prepare office operational budget and monitor costs
- Pre authorise expenses and organise approval from the Head of Office
- Collate and prepare reports, forecasts & presentations
- Arrange Business development meetings and monitor action points
- Front of house management - meet & greet all visitors, answer the phone, manage meetings rooms, distribute post & delivery's
- Office Management - order stationary, keep office well stocked, book car parking, archiving, making sure the office runs smoothly
- Ensure all new starters receive a office induction
- Oversee Health & Safety issues for the office
- Be responsible for the facilities liaising with the building manager in regards to any maintenance issues
- Establish and maintain effective systems for filing and information retrieval
- Generate invoices and organise payment of supplier invoices

**Experience and skills required for this position**:

- Ideally Office Management/PA experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills and experience using MS Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good problem solving skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise work load
- Flexible & helpful attitude
