If yes to all of the above, a Health & Social Care Trainer vacancy has become available within the award winning Pendine Academy of Social Care team, which is offering an exciting opportunity for you
Pendine has been well established for over 35 years and has the clear purpose of enriching the quality of lives and well-being of residents. Alongside, the development of highly skilled, motivated and friendly staff.
Our homes provide a warm, relaxed, tranquil and comfortable atmosphere for our residents with a variety of care needs from dementia, nursing, personal, brain injuries, mental health, residential and respite.
Pendine Academy is looking for a motivated, strong and respectful leader to support the current and inspire the future workforce within the Health & Social Care Sector.
Your role is to deliver engaging, participative and creative sessions, to ensure that our staff provide a high standard of quality care, so that our resident’s lives are fully enriched.
For this role you will need a full clean Driving License and ideally some qualifications in First Aid, ROSPA, PGCE, TAQA and care sector specific training experience but not essential.
