Job Overview We have exciting opportunities for a motivated HCA to join our innovative and pro-active Tuag Adref team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care. Tuag Adref is a rehabilitation service with an ongoing ethos of developing multidisciplinary care initiatives and addressing the needs of the surrounding population. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our integrated multidisciplinary team to help provide care, support and clinically effective evidence-based care promoting care in the community. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate reliability and commitment to providing a high standard of care and support to patients in their own homes. The post is an exciting opportunity to develop and build skills within a continually developing learning environment creating a dynamic and modern community hospital for the future. Main duties of the job Deliver a high standard of holistic patient care, ensuring that the patients' dignity and equality is maintained at all times.
