**Key Responsibilities**:
Mortgage Administration:

- Possible liaising with clients for required documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Learn and master the fundamentals of mortgage administration with full training provided. Option to complete CEMAP quailification in the future.

Social Media Management:

- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms using Canva and other tools.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to maintain excellent customer engagement.
- Analyse social media metrics and suggest strategies to improve performance and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and implement best practices.

**Key Requirements**:

- Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Bright & Eager: A proactive attitude with a hunger to learn and develop within the mortgage industry.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating content using Canva.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various digital tools and platforms.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**What We Offer**:
- Basic Salary - £21,000- 22,000
