Job Profile:
**Mortgage Administrator - Full Time - Remote Base to £32,000 OTE £36,000**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a stand out, highly experienced **Senior** **Mortgage Administrator / Paraplanner **to join an incredibly highly successful, niche HNW partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based nr **Westminster, Central London.**

Our incredibly highly valued partner firm, are a highly successful, customer focussed Mortgage & Protection advisory business supporting the upper end of the London marketplace.

The firm are looking to grow their business still further with the addition of a further experienced Senior Mortgage Administrator / Paraplanner who will look after up to 3 Mortgage Advisors and in particular the business owner who specialises in more niche high value loans.

**We are looking for a remote worker but would equally be happy with a London based individual that would like to work from the businesses offices 1 day per week and the rest from home.**

**We are looking for an absolute minimum of 4 years recent independent mortgage administration / broking experience, specifically in a mortgage broking business.**

Outstanding salary package to attract the very best of **basic salary to **£32,000 with a Summer and Winter bonus available taking the package to** £36,000 DOE.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 4 years mortgage administration experience in a broking environment.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
