Job Profile:
**Mortgage Administrator - Remote**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a Full Time experienced **Mortgage Administrator**to join a well established partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm are a very busy new homes Mortgage business based in London but with all advisors and administrators working remotely across the whole of the UK.

We are specifically looking for a minimum 2 years mortgage administration experience in Mortgage Brokering and ideally with New build /shared ownership experience.

Competitive base salary of **£25,000 to £28,000 DOE negotiable**

**This role is remote.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum (ideally) of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
