STV currently has an exciting new role for an IT Helpdesk Specialist.In this role you will provide first line support for Office 365 users across Windows and Apple Operating Systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with a broad grounding in ITsupport to further develop their skills whilst working in a dynamic media environment.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an IT Helpdesk Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Logging, monitoring and dispatching Service Desk Tickets received from a number of different sources using the IT Service Desk System.
- Communicating with IT users of all levels and ensuring that users are kept up to date with the progress of their support requests at all times.
- Troubleshooting, monitoring and maintaining desktops, laptops and printers.
- Documenting and following processes.
- Managing IT Assets.
- Escalating calls to Second Line Support and reporting issues to IT Service Delivery Manager.
**Skills & Experience required:
- Proven experience in a similar helpdesk role and with a support ticketing system.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in supporting Office 365, Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications.
- Excellent fault-finding skills.
- Experience of supporting mobiles, tablets, and laptops.
- Ability to prioritise workload and complete objectives using own initiative.
- Microsoft Certifications and/or an IT related qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience with Apple products would be advantageous.
