Sales and Event Coordinator

T9-Specialist is seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Manchester. In this dual-role position, you will manage promotional events while actively driving sales for our non-profit clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of promotional events, from community outreach initiatives to larger public events, ensuring they meet client objectives and expectations.
- Sales Engagement: Actively engage with event attendees, providing detailed information about client offerings, generating leads, and closing sales in a face-to-face environment.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and ensure that events align with their branding and mission, tailoring each event to meet specific needs.
- Logistics Management: Oversee all logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management, to ensure seamless execution.
- Marketing Material Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials that effectively communicate client messages and attract attendees.
- Feedback and Analysis: Gather and analyse customer feedback post-events to assess success and identify areas for improvement, providing detailed reports to management.
- Budget Management: Assist in creating and managing event budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and maintained within the allocated budget.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to ensure clear communication and effective coordination of roles and responsibilities during events.
**Requirements**:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Must be able to work full-time, including flexibility for evenings and weekends as required for events.
- Previous experience in sales, event planning, or a related field is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and customers effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations, ensuring each event is unique and memorable.
