O&T Technology Solutions is looking to recruit a Senior Analyst. This role is to provide analysis expertise and support to client implementations and day-to-day operations of systems for internal and external clients in an efficient and professional manner. This role also includes leadership within the Analysis community for technical matters and to support knowledge transfers.

**We will count on you to**:

- Understand, analyse and document business requirements. Build working processes around these and accommodate given existing and potential new systems.
- Assess changes to confirm technical and commercial impact assessment.
- Analyse, document and work to Business Requirement Specifications standards.
- Identify and advise on areas where improvements to existing systems, processes and procedures can be achieved and will bring efficiencies to improve productivity.
- Maintain a good understanding of changes to pensions legislation that may impact the functionality of our products / systems and processes / procedures.
- Participate actively in team/departmental meetings and Technical Forums.
- Provide technical and specialist support for other members of the team.
- Peer review work produced by colleagues for quality and accuracy.

**What you need to have**:

- Excellent technical skills and ability to work within prescribed frameworks.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think laterally.
- Strong Interpersonal and communications skills. Able to articulate complex messages with clarity and ease to all audiences and flex style as required.
- An in depth technical knowledge of pensions and legislation.
- Demonstrable ability to implement pension calculations using proven technology.
