**Business**

Lorien's client is a leading stock market index business, who are currently looking to expand their Technology sector, seeking a Business/PMO Analyst to join their fantastic Glasgow-based team. They are looking for this individual to join them on a permanentbasis, through a hybrid model.

The general purpose for this role will be working closely with the tech team, acting as the main operational contact for customers, sales and technical staff in the communication and execution of new processes or changes to existing services.

**The role**

Requirement gathering and providing feedback to inform effective development of the client's platform.

Revise and adapt compliance processes, taking into account client policies and procedures.

Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of implementations tailored for key clients and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibility for key project deliverables and project planning/budget tracking.

Manage numerous customer implementations, whilst maintaining high levels of customer engagement.

Accurately record functional specification documentation.

Conduct effective analysis into operational issues - highlighting business trends and areas for improvement.

**About you**

Experience of project management and/or Business Analysis in a tech environment

Knowledge and experience of SAAS (Software as a Service)

Client-facing experience
