Are you ready for a new challenge?

We are partnering with a market leading business within the energy sector who have an opportunity for an experienced PMO Finance Analyst to join the team as Senior PMO Lead Analyst on a fixed term contract of 12 months. You will be joining the business atan exciting time to support a large Finance Transformation programme and will hold a key role in supporting the project leadership team. You will work remotely however some travel to site is required.

You are a technically strong individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and will bring change or project management skills to the role preferably from within a corporate function. Supporting the project leadership team, you will provide programmesupport across a range of areas including:

- Project meeting facilitation and general administrative support
- Assisting with project workshops
- Liaising with the programme and project managers on key project documentation including plans, RAID logs, action logs and governance
- As senior PMO Lead Analyst you will take a lead role in mentoring and coaching PMO analysts within the team
- Provide regular administrative support including scheduling workshops

You are a strong communicator who can build effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including the leadership team, project managers and the project office team as well as onboarding new team members and providing internalcommunications when required. Experience of implementing and improving processes and IT/systems changes in a previous role is key.

You will ideally be an experienced people leader who has gained prior experience of working within PMO. Experience of transformation projects is required preferably gained within a finance function. MS Projects experience is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a marketing leading energy business on a key finance and transformation project.
