Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain production data and produce timely and accurate reports for key plant and equipment in line with company requirements
- Input accurate production data for key plant and equipment such as shredder, baler etc.
- Provide timely and accurate production reports and analysis on a monthly or as required basis
- Review trends and make recommendations as required
- Ensure accurate bills of materials/production process by inputting accurate data in line with company requirements
- Update and reconcile accurate stock and inventory data through the input of accurate data in line with company requirements
- Input accurate stock take data on a daily, weekly or monthly basis in line with requirements
- Review branch transfers and update misgraded/mismatched material on a monthly or as required basis
- Manage negative quantity/value offsets, pile to pile transfers & pre/post processing regrades in a timely and accurate manner
- Raise any significant non-conformances in a timely manner and recommend any resolutions as required
- Facilitate a timely and efficient end of month process by providing accurate data and reports in line with company requirements
- Complete accurate month end stock reconcilliations by reviewing physical stock within each yard
- Produce reports/spreadsheets and where possible provide explanations to assist management team to review/discuss any variances/anomalies in stock reconciliations
- Upload accurate and timely end of month stock/stock reconciliation in conjunction with Commercial Manager
- Review and report on £/tonne holding value of inventory
- Conduct yard audits/checks to capture physical figures for zero pile outs on a monthly basis in lin with company requirements
- Participate in various continuous improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and productivity
- Attend and participate in continuous improvement meetings as required
- Implement actions that are designed to promote continuous improvement
- Comply with any requirements of the SHEC Management systems that are relevant to the completion of duties
- Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Ferrous and Non Ferrous materials, mixes and production processes
- Knowledge of weighbridge processes and systems
- Knowledge and understanding of administration required for bill of Materials
