Warehouse Supervisor

ITAB UK is seeking a dedicated individual who will assume responsibility for the role. Goal: The right stock in the right place at the right time.

Primarily supervising the inventory team and responsible for managing all inventory control related activities. Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximise the stock system and paperwork accuracy. The role carries responsibility for working with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly.

**About the position**

Key Accountabilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
- Manage, control, and execute stock take activities including perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
- Ensure that stock control department is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support operation and the goals of the business.
- Complete spot checks of goods in, goods out and general warehouse function to ensure stock accuracy and condition is maintained.
- Warehouse space management to have allocated areas for palletised, oversized, or special products.
- Ensure materials are ready and available for picking as and when required.
- Ensure projects and unique picking requirements are accommodated and ready to be processed in timely manner.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
- Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
- Achieve inventory record accuracy to set KPI’s.
- Maintain pick faces and improve picking efficiency by controlling constantly changing items.

**We Ask**:

- Relevant experience in a fast-moving, high throughput manufacturing and fulfilment environment.
- Understanding of linked operations such as Purchasing and Manufacturing.
- Understanding and experience of ERP and WMS systems.
- Experience of team building and supervisory roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a small team and with staff at all levels and with partner organisations, suppliers, and clients.
- Able to work under pressure in a calm and mature manner.
- Ability to multi-task and constantly reappraise timescales and priorities
- Self-motivated, ability to show initiative and develop creative solutions.
- Have a concern for quality.
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours to respond to the needs of the business
- Professional image with a Full, clean driving licence
