We create beautiful, bespoke kitchens, transforming these spaces to bring a real sense of heart to our client’s homes.

Blending form and function, our bespoke designs not only deliver the wow factor, they are also thoughtfully designed to allow our clients to live, cook and entertain with ease.

**Purpose of role**

This role supports the Design Director in all aspects of client consultation, producing designs and design proposals and specifying/ordering the required cabinetry, appliances, worktops etc. You will support the Design Director in client consultations, produce designs, prepare client proposals and produce quotations. - Workplace: at our design studio at Greenhills Estate, Tilford Road, Tilford, Surrey, GU10 2DZ.

**Pay and benefits**
- Holiday: you will be entitled to 20 working days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays. Your holiday entitlement will increase by 1 day per year for every full year with the company, up to a maximum of 25 days.

- A formal qualification in design, architecture or construction.

**Personal Qualities**

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, reliable team member, passionate about kitchen design and willing to learn. You will be creative, with an eye for great design, blending form and function, whilst also able to pay attention to detail and to do the more mundane tasks as needed.

As part of a small team, you will be willing to pick up additional tasks and be a team player. You will have great inter
- personal skills, able to develop and sustain relationships both within the business and also with clients, tradesmen and suppliers. You will also be able to bring your own ideas to the business, to help develop and improve what we do and how we do it. As the business grows, there may be opportunities to take on more responsibilities.

You’ll also be willing to learn and develop - every day is a learning day and we are looking for team members who share that outlook.

**The team that you’ll be joining**

We are a small, but growing team and we have tried hard to foster a friendly, creative and supportive environment, one in which we value people’s ideas and input and in which helping our team to learn, develop and grow is important.

We believe in treating people like adults and so we don’t “clock watch”. If you need to leave a bit early or if the sun is shining and you’d like to get some fresh air, that’s fine by us (the design studio is in a fabulous rural setting and there are some great walks around the estate). All we ask for in return is a similar degree of flexibility and a willingness to work a bit longer if needed to meet a deadline.
