We are looking for a talented **CDP** to join our Kitchen team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic **CDP**that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality and would like to progress through the business.

High on a wooded ridge, the Hog’s Back Hotel’s distinctive façade has been a welcome sight for travellers on this road for generations.

Step inside and the accent is on classic comfort, from the stylish restaurant and bar to the 96 spacious, light-filled bedrooms. **Duties will include**:

- Preparing fresh dishes to specification guides, and with ingredients to standards set by the Head chef.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health & safety.
- Assist in the day to day running of the hotel kitchen.
- Run designated breakfast/ brunch section throughout the kitchen.
