**About The Role**:
Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our business working in a warehouse environment in Tamworth B78 1TX.

**Shift Details**:
**7am-4pm Monday to Friday**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and directing visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel to the appropriate areas within the warehouse.
- Answering Phones: Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the relevant warehouse staff.
- Scheduling Deliveries: Coordinating and scheduling incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and communication with logistics teams.
- Inventory Support: Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as data entry, tracking stock levels, and updating inventory records.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records related to warehouse operations.
- Customer Service: Addressing inquiries from clients, suppliers, and customers, and providing information about warehouse services and procedures.
- An enthusiastic and energetic team player.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Polite and courteous to all.
- Eager to exceed expectations and grow within the company.
