Here at GXO, we’re looking for **Warehouse Operatives** to join our team in **Tamworth**, on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll be working a **3 on, 3 off** shift pattern covering **18:00 - 06:00**.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll benefit from:

- An hourly rate of **£11.88**:

- An additional **£0.37 per hour** for holding a **reach truck** licence
- An additional **£0.75 per hour** for holding a **VNA** licence
- Holiday pay

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Our Warehouse Operatives work in an ambient environment and support in the picking of customer orders
- You’ll be responsible for operating manual handling equipment in a safe manner
- You’ll operate the warehouse management system
- Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company policies and standards

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse would be advantageous
- A reach truck or VNA licence would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
- Flexibility in your approach - we have peak seasons
