**Join Our Team as a Hotel Receptionist**

As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while creating a warm, memorable stay. From seamless check-ins to efficient departures, your attention to detail and positive energy will help define our guest experience.

Shift flexibility is essential — you'll work various shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, so adaptability and a proactive mindset are a must.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth
- Share knowledge of hotel and Theme Park amenities to enhance each guest's stay
- Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and daily room assignments
- Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and handle special requests
- Oversee reservations, guest profiles, billing, and check-out processes
- Follow financial procedures including float handling and daily banking
- Support the reservations team during peak times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a polished, professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed
