Lead the delivery of this college's estates strategy and ensure efficient operational management of the estates service, playing a crucial role in the development of a successful estates service and health and safety strategy.
- **Salary of up to £60,000**:
- Full-time role, permanent position
- You will be a key part of this college's sustainability and carbon zero agenda
- Lead the on the establishment, implementation, overseeing of procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with health, safety, and estates management policies
- To provide timely, up-to-date advice, guidance, and support on all health, safety, and estates matters under the College's responsibility
- To assist in the management and execution of projects across the estate
- Relevant qualification in fields such as the built environment or mechanical/electrical engineering
- Familiarity with current legislation and statutory requirements in Estates, Facilities Management, and Health & Safety
- Experience in a role overseeing estates or premises management, including health and safety
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and tracking KPIs in Estates and Health & Safety
- Proven leadership in managing a diverse team
- Extensive experience in budget management and capital project oversight
- Comprehensive knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements in facilities and premises management, as well as Health & Safety
