**About The Role**:
**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Fitness Innovation Co-Ordinator will play a crucial role in seeking out new and innovative fitness concepts as well as co-ordinating audition processes/interviewing, training, delivery, and review of new and existing concepts. They’ll have an excellent understanding of the London Health Club and Boutique fitness landscape, where innovation, quality of experience and environment, team training and education and passion sit at the heart of everything we do.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for fitness, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of emerging trends in the fitness industry. You will collaborate with various teams to introduce innovative fitness concepts, technologies, and methodologies, ensuring our fitness offerings remain at the forefront of the industry. This role will require regular travel.

**YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE**:

- Improving delivery of existing Fitness First signature products.
- Identification, innovation, and development support of new boutique style group exercise products.
- Auditioning, recruiting, developing and mentoring future talent to deliver outstanding service.
- Presenting Fitness First as the most desirable destination to deliver group exercise and personal training products.
- Revenue generation utilising new and existing opportunities across our estate.
- Upskilling fitness managers to blend customer service proposition across group exercise and personal training.
- Support operations and ensure the required levels of quality staffing to deliver onboarding and group exercise.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver amazing class events and challenges.
- Stay ahead of the fitness, fitness equipment and group exercise trends by reviewing competitors.

**About You**:
**ABOUT YOU**:
The successful applicant will be an experienced, highly skilled instructor / presenter having a product background. You will have worked extensively with the Boutique fitness market. Ideally, you should have experience in recruitment and mentoring instructors and trainers that are new to the fitness industry. Extremely passionate about high quality group exercise, a quality personal training product and stunning member experience.

The Fitness Innovation Co-ordinator reports into the Head of Fitness and will be collaborating closely with the National Group Exercise Manager. Extensive work with General Managers, and a range of employed and self-employed Group Exercise professionals and Personal Trainers. **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL**:

- Degree in a related field
- Certification in fitness training or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing fitness programs.
- Strong understanding of fitness technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
