Glamira was founded in Germany as a company which produces luxury jewelry which were personalized. We sell our products/goods online in 80+ countries around the world. We do not have any store or showroom. Despite this, we are one of the top 5 jewelry companies in the world.
In 2012, GLAMIRA began to design its own products. At the same time, GLAMIRA began to develop its e-commerce infrastructure, patented designs and the process of online sales were carried out, within its software and technical team. Since then, the customization of the jewelry according to the customer's taste is accepted as a main concept.
For our office in London/The United Kingdom, we are looking to hire a **Full Time Customer Service Specialist / Dispatcher**. We need a colleague to ensure the proper functioning of our **London/The United Kingdom** office, to be responsible for the overall work organization. She/he will coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and accurate execution of the daily tasks in the office. GLAMIRA sells jewelry online all over the world. The products in The United Kingdom are sent from the Production Department to our office in London, from where they have to go to our customers all over The United Kingdom. We need someone to accept the items, inspect them, sort, pack, distribute and deliver them to a courier. It is necessary to enter all the data of the shipment in the company database.
**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers
- Respond to inquiries
- Prepare items for shipping, and arrange pickup services.
- Process shipping transactions
- Receive return items from customers and process them effectively
- Inspect items for conformance to specifications
- Maintain stock supplies of packaging materials
- Handle administrative work as needed
- Trace missing or lost shipments
- Prepare reports as requested
- Take part in various tasks and projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum high school education
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with accuracy, speed and efficiency
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Good communication skills as well as time management skills
- Strong sense of organization and planning
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
