As part of our growing commercial team, you will be the first point of contact with UK businesses, identifying and qualifying high quality leads for our Energy Consultants and Closers. You will play a vital role in the sales cycle and you efforts will directly impact our growth and sustainability journey.

**The Role**:

- Make outbound B2B calls to identify and engage decision makers across a range of UK industries.
- Accurately log and manage all activity using our CRM and internal systems.
- Collaborate with wider sales team to optimise lead handover and track conversion outcomes.
- Stay up to date with energy market trends, tariffs, and emerging customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development to sharpen your knowledge and techniques.
- Contribute to team success by consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs (e.g. call volume, appointments booked, conversion rates etc)
