Sales Director required for Joob Joobs - a confectionery brand based in Belfast.

We are looking for one Sales Director to head our B2B sales. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual and who prides themselves on excellent customer service. The role is to be self motivated - this is a role within the company that relies on individual performance.

This involves:

- The role can be as many days as you wish - we suggest 3-4 days a week and follow up end of week with clients.
- You will be responsible for taking first orders, and looking after future orders from hotels.
- Once hotel takes first order, develop relationship with them so they take higher volumes and remain clients with us with repeat orders often.
- You will be responsible for directing staff on Belmont as to what boxes to pack and give them a clear list of boxes to pack for a certain week.
- The role will be commission based only - factoring in travel time/and other expenses we are willing to give a high 20% (10% repeat) commission structure for as long as you are representing us. Examples of this commission structure are listed below.
- You will meet hotels who are in a certain radius of other hotels and complete your own weekly agenda of where you will be going.
- You will represent the brand in an authentic way. And bring awareness to the hotel of our name and what we represent.
- You will be required to research each hotel prior to meeting and understand what that customer currently has for vegans/gluten free/kids etc and how to sell as many boxes to them as possible.

**Experience**:

- Direct face to face sales experience with good performance returns
- 20% commission on all first orders - regardless of size of order. Followed by 10% for continuous reordering. The commission structure within this job is extremely generous.
- If 100 boxes were ordered on first order: £240 - followed by £120 for reordering
- If 250 boxes were ordered on first order £600 - followed by £300 for reordering
- If 1000 boxes were ordered on first order £2,400 followed by £1,200 for reordering
- If 1500 boxes were ordered on first order £3,600 followed by £1,800 for reordering

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
