**Sales Director Online**
My retained and exclusive client (a PE backed UK based Ecommerce tech solutions provider) delivers innovative tech solutions for emerging global retail brands and following a sustained period of natural organic growth they are now keen to appoint a Salesleader (Director) to focus on scaling and optimising the company's internal and third party sales/business development functions and ultimately deliver revenue growth.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a high performing, high energy and extremely ambitious sales & business development professional to join a progressive organisation and play a key role in developing both their brand and customer portfolio acrossthe UK and beyond.
**About you**
You will have direct 'hands on' experience of selling into Online solutions/E-Commerce and 'ideally' (but not essential) direct experience of selling services/solutions into online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopify or similar). You will however alreadyhave direct experience of building or leading a high performing sales function.
Entrepreneurial in sprit, you will be highly motivated to succeed and resilient in nature and ready now to undertake what will be an incredibly exciting journey with a rapidly growing tech based retail solutions provider.
**What’s on offer?**
A highly competitive basic salary of £55,000 -£65,000 pa DOE plus strong bonus potential (c40%) is supported by a fully comprehensive package with **Equity potential
