**Job Title**:Service/Scheduling Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customers to understand job requirements and book appointments.
- Schedule service work and new installations for a team of mobile engineers into a busy work diary.
- Coordinate with the operations and engineering teams to ensure jobs are feasible within the available time slots.
- Ensure the correct equipment and materials are dispatched to engineers for each scheduled job.
- Adjust schedules and bookings in response to changes, delays, or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled jobs and update relevant systems, abiding by the companies ISO 9001:2015 procedures
- Provide customers with updates on job progress
- Monitor engineer availability and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Ensure all scheduled work complies with any specific job related regulatory standards and of course, customer expectations.
- Responsible for logging any quality actions points raised on a daily basis to improve quality of procedures & products within the business

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle last-minute changes effectively.
