Change Coordinator

The main role of the Change Coordinator is to provide administration and project support to the Correspondence Change Team. A background in administrative work from a financial services perspective would be ideal.
Day to day you will be undertaking the following duties:
Lead in the tracking of all correspondence change through the inception process and onto delivery, identifying where there is correspondence impact for the team
Manage the team mailbox and maintain the team planner, ensuring it is up to date
Provide input to operational and correspondence change governance reporting packs where required.
To conduct team administrative tasks such as arranging meetings/workshops, minute taking, production of MI, general reporting and other tasks as required.
Manage small correspondence change and reviews, working with other business areas where required
Provide support to the tax year end mailing processes where required, including assisting with quality checking and comms where needed
You will have a good knowledge of and experience of working within the Financial Services sector, preferably within a change environment, combined with strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills. This includes excellent time management and the ability to multi-task.
