As a hardworking person, you'll join Elysium Healthcare as a Regional Compliance Co-ordinator where you will work across multiple sites across the Southeast using your skills and knowledge to monitor compliance and use dashboards and metrics to report oncompliance performance.
You will be valued, acknowledged, and rewarded with progression and development opportunities as you work either remotely or travel to the sites when required to meet the needs of the service.
Working 37.5 hours per week, you will support the teams at three hospitals in monitoring their compliance across different systems and key performance indicators. As a Compliance Lead, you will be the go-to person for all compliance-related concerns andqueries and will review and process all data submissions for KPIs.

**Other Compliance Lead Responsibilities**:
- Produce reports, compile action plans and take minutes of meetings when required in accordance with the needs of the service, audit compliance and tracking
- Co-ordinate and monitor completion of audits and associated action plans
- Run reports on progress to meet KPI's and feedback to the Regional HD and site HD's.
- Support sites in preparation of Provider Compliance Assessment (PCA), CQC and other regulatory or commissioning reviews, visits, and/or inspections
- Review incidents, investigation reports and co-ordinate lessons learnt sharing across the services
- Support formulation and review of risk assessments
**To be successful as a Compliance Lead, you'll need**
- Experience of working in a similar environment and/or role
- Clinical healthcare experience
- Good communication skills
- Minute taking experience
- Excellent IT and data analysis skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
